save time, book online. its a personal business, as i am not always available to respond timely to personal calls and texts about scheduling. all calls and messages will be responded during business hours.

Can I book an appointment?
When you’d like to book an appointment, please know that it is only just me, Ashley, who runs and works the salon. I can accommodate up to 3 people but it will be one at a time.
Online booking is the fastest and easiest option. You may call or text my phone line at 807-220-5299. Please be polite and reach out within business hours. It's a personal line, texting is preferred as I don't answer calls when I'm with a client, only those who leave a voicemail will receive a callback.
HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?
I take cash, debit, credit, or EMT at the end of the service.
I do not have a register and hold limited change.
A credit card is added to your online profile with Fresha at the time of booking to protect myself against no shows and last minute cancellations.
My Cancellation policy is as follows: I ask you give at least 24 hours notice. Appointments Cancelled less than 24 hours will require a 50% payment of service total. No Shows will be charged 100%
I will offer free services to correct any mistakes made on my end within the week of you having the service done. After that I can not guarantee that it wasn’t an outside influence.
Vouchers & Memberships are also available should you wish to prepay.
DO I NEED TO TIP?
No, but like every other service, tipping is a way to show you enjoyed your service. You may leave a cash tip or there is a tip option on my interact machine which is open to your discretion.
I love getting reviews online, It really helps my business grow and get better ratings. I may ask if I can quote you for my testimonials page.
On the opposite end, I also do want to hear your constructive ideas. If there is a issue I would please ask you to try to message me as soon as possible so I can help to address the situation. I can’t help if you feel negatively 3 weeks after the fact.

How do I take better care of my nails?
They're Jewels not tools!
Don’t use your nails to pick, scrape, poke, press buttons with the ends, pry or screw, unscrew. This could take your whole nail off, chip the edge, or otherwise break your nail.
Wear gloves if you are heavy soaking in water, they keep from wearing off your polish, un-adhering the adhesive on your tip, and keeps any bacteria from getting under any lifted edges.
Hand sanitizer, tanning lotion, sunscreen dries out your skin and also eats off your top coat.
BE PATIENT: it takes 12 hours for polish to fully dry, this means it can smudge, chip or peel off within that time. Don’t do anything too hard on your hands.
Gel Nails grow out with your natural nails. Depending on your nail growth and lifestyle, between 2-3 weeks your nails will need to be filled in otherwise the chances of them pulling up, off or chipping is greater.
