We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
🔁 Reschedules made within 24 hours will be treated the same as cancellations.
❌ Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
🚫 No-shows will be charged the full 100% fee.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you're not satisfied, please reach out within 72 hours—we’re happy to discuss a fix or adjustment.
🛍 Product sales are final. We cannot offer exchanges or returns on merchandise, tools, or beauty products once they leave the salon.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply.
Your service may also need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the schedule.
⏳ If your tech is running behind, we’ll do our best to communicate—and you’ll receive a percentage discount for any extended wait time.
