To keep everything clear, consistent, and fair, here is our full policy for products, services, cancellations, and booking rules.

Appointments
Appointments are reserved just for you. Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your service.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours)
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
No-shows
No-shows are charged 100% of the service and may require a deposit for future bookings.
Service Satisfaction
We want you to leave loving your nails, lashes, or beauty service.
If something isn’t right:
Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment
Provide photos if possible
We will bring you back in for a complimentary fix
Not covered under fixes:
Breaks or damage after leaving the salon
Lifting caused by external factors
Allergic reactions
Change-of-mind on colour, shape, length, or style
Work done by other salons

All Sales Final (Hygiene & Safety)
Because we sell beauty, nail, lash, bath, and personal-care items, all product sales are final.
We cannot accept returns on:
Used, opened, or tested items
Personal care products
Skincare, lash, nail, and bath products
Tools or accessories that have been used
Clearance or promotional items
Seasonal/limited-edition retail
This is standard across the beauty industry for health & hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your name + a clear photo of the issue
We will offer:
A replacement (if available)
An exchange
Or a refund
We want you to love everything you take home.

Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Preference changes (scent, colour, formula) are not eligible.

Deposits
Some appointments may require a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred with 24 hours notice.
🛍 In-Store Pickup
If you choose in-studio pickup:
Orders must be picked up within 14 days
After 14 days, items may be returned to stock without refund
